Tolles Rad! Das reduzierte Design hat mich von Anfang an überzeugt. Die individuelle Probefahrt hat mich auch technisch zu einem Fan gemacht. Man kann locker vor sich hincruisen oder eben auch sportlicher in die Pedale treten, die Unterstützung passt sich entsprechend an. Ich kann das Rad jedem empfehlen, der ein Allround Stadtfahrrad sucht. Kommunikation zwischen Bestellung und Anlieferung ist einwandfrei. Trotzdem hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass der Liefertermin nicht nur aus 3 verschiedenen vorgegebenen Timeslots besteht, sondern aus Wunschdatum und Wunschzeit. Die Anlieferung endete vor dem Haus und das Rad ist doch recht unhandlich im Karton, um es mal eben über die die Eingangstreppe zu zerren, um es sicher zwischenzuparken, bevor man die Zeit hat es in Ruhe auszupacken und in Augenschein zu nehmen. Das Aufsetzen des Rades ist durch beiliegende Manuals und Tools sehr gut vorbereitet. Schön wäre es, wenn zukünftig im Kit auch die Adapterhülle für das Smartphone dabei wäre, diese Kosten einfach noch dem Paket hinzuzufügen, würden dem Kunden ein rundum Sorglospaket anliefern. Der Gepäckträger wirkt im Vergleich zum sonstigen sehr hochwertigen Designansatz recht rudimentär. Auch die dazu verfügbaren Accessoires im Korbbereich werden diesem hohen Designanspruch nicht gerecht, zumal man immer den Abstrich machen muss, wenn mit Korb gefahren wird, sieht man das Rücklicht/Vorderlicht nicht mehr und muss ein zweites Ersatzlicht anbringen. Alternativ kann man auf Satteltaschen zurückgreifen. Kann man machen, gibt aber dann dem gesamten Auftritt im Design einen Abzug. Fazit: tolles Fahrrad, Gepäckfunktionen sollten nochmal überdacht und an das Gesamtdesign angepasst werden.

Hi, Ik ben heel blij met mijn fiets. Voel me helemaal de blits! Je ziet de gebruikers van Van Moof kijken en denken … had ik maar een Cowboy! 2 dingen waar ik minder blij mee ben. 1 het lijkt of het spatbord te kort is. Als mijn dochter achterop zit en het regent dan zit ze onder de modder vlekken. En als ze er niet op zit is haar zitje vies van de modder. Echt heel vervelend. 2 je ziet ieder vlekje op de fiets en dat krijg je er niet van af. Of heb ik daar een speciaal goedje voor nodig? Los van deze 2 punten ben ik zeer tevreden! 😉

Overall impression is good. Active power makes a huge difference. Great surprise. To be improved : over 25 KM, despite the stop of the electric assistant, the resistance is too low preventing us to go faster by our own forces. So we are forced to stop cycling.

The best city bike. The rear rack was just obviously necessary the 4st remains a simply beautiful bike. The adaptative power opened the riding experience in the city I don’t need to think anymore which way to go to avoid heights difference I just have to chose my way.

Assembling the bike is not easy and I still don’t know if it is really safe to ride the bike. The surface of the bike is very damageable and you easily have scratches on it (e.g. when you are not very careful with your lock or use a pannier). That said, it is still a nice looking and fun to ride bike but there is room for improvement regarding “onboarding” and quality of the surface.

Sensation de roulage et d’assistance incroyable. Je n’ai jamais ressenti ça avec aucun velo électrique avant. Super puissance en montée et au démarrage, poussée fluide, et look incroyable. J’avais testé le modèle avant de l’acheter, je conseille de le faire : une fois livré on sait à quoi s’attendre mais on est quand meme agréablement surpris !

Das Bike ist super, sehr leichtgängig und toll ohne Schaltung. Man ist sehr schnell auf 25km/h und dann tritt man fast wie Leerlauf, das könnte verbessert werden. Tolles Rad, die Kommunikation mit dem Support per Mail leider etwas umständlich und langwierig. Aber trotzdem begeistert

I‘m really happy with my Cowboy bike. The riding experience is amazingly smooth, you can still work out a bit while riding the bike and the range has been good so far. Only downside that I see is that the coating is not very strong. I already got several smaller scratches and marks even though I take great care about the bike.

Great bike! Proud to ride on it. Some small difficulties with mounting reflectors. Speed up to 25 is perfect. Above that it gets hard to push it to 30. Than other electric bikes pass me. So now i am cruising and enjoying the scenery at 25 km/hr.

I love my Cowboy and to be clear, I love my bike for many different reasons. Curiously its not how the bike looks nor is it to do with the electrics or the speed of the bike, etc – because more importantly, it is about how the Cowboy rides. Riding a Cowboy is the journey you want from a great bike which provides an exceptional ride. Its so silky smooth and while I enjoy peddling, my Cowboy seems to enjoy it more than me
