It’s a best E-bike! So far I’m really impressed with the bike and the company. I really like the videos they make outlining the installation, adjustment and operation of the bike and it’s components. The videos have so far kept me out of the bike shop for simple things like brake and shifting adjustments. Although I feel some of the videos could be updated and more detailed. The aftermarket support for the flashebike seems pretty strong. Love it!

Purchase both Step thru bikes May. 2022. Rode in CT. During winter snow xtreme blast. Modified bikes with saddle bags and surf board carrier, using bikes in North Myrtle beach. Great purchase. Great bikes. Highly recommend.

They do take a little getting used to at first, but after about a half a block.. they’re a blast. We have always liked riding bikes, but this lets you take the experience farther than we can comfortably go on our peddle bikes. They are high quality and have worked flawlessly for about 100 miles so far.

We bought two of these bikes to use when we camp. Tooling around the camp sites is great. At one time regular bikes were just fine, but getting older things don’t work like they use too! Looking forward to many miles of fun.

Great experience with this company. My bike arrived on time, and the only thing I had to do was pump up my tires. I was on the road. I took my bike to a bike shop that sold ebikes to make sure everything was tight and correct, (this is also a recommendation of lectric to do but not mandatory), and even they were impressed. I called the company several times to verify things that I just was not sure of, and every time they have been nice and helpful.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my new e-bike! I live in a very hilly area and had not been riding since I moved here 3 years ago because of bad knees. The affordability of this bike made it a no-brainer. Now that I have been riding it, I am really impressed with its quality. The upgraded seat provides a very comfortable ride. Although I was nervous at first, the bike has proven very easy to navigate and I couldn’t be happier with it!

This bike is sturdy. It was very expensive and too heavy for me to lift. This makes it difficult to travel with. I do love to ride it once I am on it. The peddle assist is just what I wanted. The battery lasts a long time. I wish I could have had some customer service on the bamboo bike rack. It is peeling and looks awful. The response from the company was that it was free, so nothing they would do. Too bad it’s not made better.

I like itI received the Cruiser on 15 May and spent the better part of that day putting it together. Used both the written instructions and the video but there were some instructions that were not very clear, and the video was a little fast paced. It rides smoothly. Even at level 1 power, it has a lot of power, when you pedal.

I bought this bike as a holiday present for my wife, We camp quite a bit during the spring, summer, and fall, and always believe we can see more of an area than just on horseback, and that moving around in the other parts of the park and riding, instead of walking, would be easier with a bike. Since we are now in our 60’s, a little help is definitely appreciated, especially as much of our riding is hilly or mountainous. I am very impressed with the overall quality of the bike and its function- my wife has ridden in the neighborhood, which is very hilly, on several occasions and it performed flawlessly- the bike is a joy to ride. We look forward to taking them (yes, we were so impressed, she actually bought me a bike, too) on our first camping trip this spring.
