Kriss Newnan –
The bike is absolutely amazing. My wife loves it!!!!

I love this bike. I feel like a little kid again at 65. The quality and attention to detail is great. All about fit, form and function. I have done a few things to make this bike mine. New bars, reflective rim tape, fork mounted headlight, wider pedals, seat, rear view mirror, a ice chest platform with flag mount and Bluetooth speaker mount that I made.
My only disappointment with my bicycle is that there was no thought of putting a protective film on the display screen. The packaging for the bike was great overall, but it created rub marks all over the display screen. It distorts the view in daylight and it just doesn’t look good. This is my only disappointment.

Love this eBike .. I made a list for what components .. how I would use an eBike .. cost.. customer service.. etc .. quality .. One “thing” that stood out was if I needed to take the bike in for repairs .. I was very fortunate to find an eBike shop in Eugene Oregon .. about an hour from where I live .. tested the bike and came home with my “ Jade” .. very happy customer … Way back in my day .. I did ride mountain bikes .. but I’m digging this bike !!

Took the Sinch out today for the first ride after getting everything set-up. Purchased to carry along inside a travel trailer while camping. Having never riden an e-bike before, I found the electric assist to be great. The assist/boost kicking in when starting off from a standstill was a surprise at first and welcome to get going. Adjusted the top speed setting and registered 25 mph with little pedaling effort. Packaging was very good and everything arrived in good shape. One comment, however, regarding fenders. Both the front and rear brake “arm” the part that attaches to the brake cable, hit the fender brace. Although spacers were provided, they were not large/long enough to keep brake parts from rubbing the fender brace. I went to the local big box store, bought longer screws and larger plastic spacers/bushings, and used them. They provided the needed clearance between the brake arm and the fender braces, both front and rear. I’ll get some black paint or a black marker, to cover the bright silver scewheads and white spacers/bushings (for the substitutes I purchassed). No biggie. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought a Level e-bike two weeks ago and I love it I am 70 an handicapped bad left leg I just purchased a cinch e-bike for my wife it may take a while to get her comfortable with the bije but I actually like the cinch more than the level it’s much easier to get on low step they and the big tire and suspension fork make for a super comfortable ride I am going to try to design training
wheel for my wife she is 73 and very short she is so afraid of falling

You guys have the best customer service ever
I have never seen any company with this kind of service before very patient and very helpful. Bought a step through sinch and I love the bike too helps me to get a lot of places easily
Vewandin –
Great bike. Handles all terrain.

Love this bike! Only thing it needed was different pedals. Otherwise it’s perfect. I love modifying things and I was already telling myself that I was going to get a different saddle and handlebars but after riding it for a while I realized it wasn’t necessary. But new wider pedals were definitely a must. It made for such a smoother ride. That and a mirror and this thing is ready! In all honesty I would really love to order the wheels from the new step through sinch and put them on, that would be awesome!
Orti Ja –
The bike itself seems very well made and very sturdy. Pedals are a bit small for my old wide feet so replaced those with the widest ones I could find. Would have been nice if the throttle was a variable speed depending on how far you push it down as opposed to using just gears and pedal assist to control cruising speed. All in all a very nice machine that like anything new will take a bit of getting used to. It’s nice to ride again.

Great bike and very happy with my purchace. Would like to see an option to add or purchase hydraulic brakes for the front wheel.

This is a bit long so if you want a quick summary; Really like it and will be ordering another one for my wife.
My backgound
I’m getting to be an old guy not in great shape; 76 years old, 6”1” and 215 lbs. Years ago, I was an avid bicyclist doing many century and even a few double century rides but haven’t done any riding the last few years. My daughter and her husband got ebikes this past year and really love them. With the hills in my immediate area, I decided I needed some help to get me back out riding again. My other issue is I want to take bikes when my wife and I go camping with our travel trailer. I need bikes that can fit in the bed of our pickup truck (F-150 crew cab with short bed) along with other camping stuff while towing the trailer. And they need to fit in the truck bed with the cover closed. So folding bikes seem to be the best solution. The only downside is the bike is heavy so remains to be seen how well we get it in & out of the truck bed – I think it is doable but probably with take some effort and practice to figure out the easiest way.
Shipping / Box condition
Ordered Saturday, 10/15, received it a week later on Saturday 10/22
Shipping box had multiple dings and a couple of fist sized holes in it, but the bike was very well packed with no damage. The fenders and bike rack were shipped separately and received several days after the bike arrived, no problems with them.
Assembly
I watched the YouTube assembly video; Bike is a bit heavy, and I wanted to save the shipping box just in case I had to return it, so I laid the box on its side to pull the bike out instead of trying to lift it up & out. The video made it very easy to remove the packing, wire ties, unfold the bike and get it set up. I worked slowly so it took a bit over 45 minutes. A couple of days later it took an hour plus to attach the fenders and rear bike rack. Again, the YouTube videos show how to install them.
Overall, the bike was in very good shape. The brakes were correctly adjusted as was the derailleur. The only issue I found was the rubber gromet on the bottom bracket not seated. This gromet protects the wires coming out the bottom of the bracket.
Riding
So far have a little bit over 50 miles on it with the longest rides being 13+ miles. This is my first electric bike, so it took several rides to get use to how the motor kicks in as you start peddling. Shifting and braking feels very natural, no problems. Our city has a very nice walking/biking trail, I find I have been using the Lev 2 power setting mostly with some Lev 3 on the more open sections (it has 5 power level setting 1 – 5). Lev 2 gives me 11-12 mph and Lev 3, 14-15 mph. Still not sure what the max range will be at those setting but should get an easy 30 to 40 miles is my guess.
My wife rode it for the first time today. It is going to take her a bit to get accustomed also, but she did well enough that I am ordering a second one next week!
Ten Stupour –
Good sturdy bike, so easy to assemble too. My wife loves it.
Wirngo Sala –
Especially love the start assist, that is my most difficult issue riding a bike, getting the starting momentum , this bike does that for you. Love love love it.
Cyprian Veno –
First ebike and gotta say it’s a lot of fun. Good quality construction. Nothing bad to say about it. already put a few hundred miles on it. Kind of ridiculous that the bike doesn’t come with the fenders and lights but you can always add that. Def make sure you don’t pay for them tho and get a promo code they should be included. Decent customer service but holidays I did notice some blackout periods with no response
Calvin Strongman –
Myself and my husband both have the Sinch folding bikes and we love them! I can’t say enough about Venice Outdoor sports in Venice Florida! They where very helpful on helping us find the right bike for us.
Sky Dento –
Great bikes . We are in our 60s and they are so easy to ride while still getting exercise. So much fun .. great quality made very well . Highly recommend anyone of any age looking for an e bike
Morris Yoro –
love my new EBike. The Sinch is powerful and goes up hills with good speed. Doesn’t slow down like some other brands do. I would buy this again and again.
Jean Louis –
Quality made folding ebike
Love the look, feel and ride quality.
Royal Star –
Very pleased with the performance, and has met all of my expectations. Have clocked nearly 300 miles since December and most have been off trail and at the beach along the shore line. The four inch tires provide the option of a multitude of trails, where other bikes would not dare to go! I must say the skill set is completely different that of a traditional mountain bike, due to the bike’s weight. However, with this sturdy frame and quality disc brakes, I’m am now confident of this bike’s capabilities. Not to mention, I’m having a Blast!!

This Bike is Great !!! Absolutely love it !!! Lots of power and batteries last a long time !!! ( I took advantage of the coupon I got when I bought the bike for $200. off a extra battery $325. after coupon ) I also got when I purchased it a free rear rack and a free fender set ,which are absolutely great. Only put 80 miles on it but everything is working fine ……
LOVE MY BIKE

Abednego Din –
I’m very happy with this bike! Working great in Florida sand! Originally wasn’t going to need the folding option but l may in the future. Love the smaller tires for maneuverability.
Gandour Ali –
I bought the Sinch 2 and indeed it was a Sinch. The shipment for me was across the continent from Bloomingdale, CA to Houlton, ME on the border to New Brunswick, Canada. The bike came without any issues. A few minor paint dings, but that doesn’t bother me. No assembly was also a Sinch. The bike was in nearly perfect setup. I had to adjust the front brakes a bit, they were too spongy, but easy to adjust. I went with the Sinch 2 for the torque sensor and having a wide rider height range from 4′-11″ to 5′-10″. On my income a second bike probably isn’t in my future, so I wanted something that my 5′-0″ daughter-in-law can ride when she visits and so can my 6′-2″ son. Still pretty cold here on 5-17-23 but have taken a few rides. It’s perfect for a 72 year old that can still ride a traditional bike, but now I can roam in ECO mode for much longer rides, get some reasonable exercise, and see more sites in the hills of Northern Maine around Mtn. Katahdin and Aroostook County. Don’t hesitate to buy Aventon, they are a solid choice. By the way, I suggested they provide a Soltera single speed with torque sensing for an inexpensive, low maintenance, cruiser. Maybe they will bite. Their torque sensing bikes are going to be best for their future and ours!

Very happy. Fast, quick charge. I would recommend this bike, would give it a 4.5 except that wasn’t an option.
Nothing negative but be aware. It is not the most stable bike when encountering rough terrain. Small straight across handlebars don’t give you the quick reaction like a mountain bike. Awesome on sidewalks, pathways. I haven’t foldeed it up yet and took it with me but it is heavy as I expected.
Assembly was easy, play around with comfort levels on the handlebars. I am still moving them around to get the perfect fit.
Terence Ian –
So strongly recommend! I dont know if I can ever go back to a regular bike…this bike is AMAZING!
Riley Sid –
I absolutely love this bike!!! The controls are very easy to understand, easy to fold up, all around very pleased with it!! We are getting ready to purchase one for my husband! We travel a lot in our motorhome, looking forward to riding together!!

I love my Sinch Step-Through Foldable bike. It is aptly named. It’s a Sinch to unfold. The only downside is the weight. It takes 2 of us to lift it in and out of the car. All in all, I love it and highly recommend Aventon bikes. Flashe made it possible by the way
