We bought the bike used from Salt Lake City outlet. The mileage was very low test ride went well. I checked and rechecked visually,everything looked great. We live in Vegas so we took the bike by car back home. We did the recommended battery train sequence noticed the battery indicator bar did not work. Called salt lake store. Still not satisfied with this response. I live 400 miles from the store so in person services are not available. The bike is great except for the battery not totally functional

Have the Radrunner Plus, Radrover Step Through and Radrunner. No problems with any of them. Over 1000 miles on two and almost 500 miles on my new RRPlus. No problems with any of them. My dog loves riding in the front basket. All the accessories are top notch

I am so pleased with my RAD RUNNER PLUS‼️ As an older rider, I needed to ditch the high step bar of my RAD Rover. Not wanting to leave the RAD family, I explored every offering. We own two RAD Mini ST for guests (they are always a hit) but they are no longer available. The new RAD Rover ST has a new style battery, which does not integrate easily wRead more about review stating Best RAD Bike Ever (For Me‼️)ith my other 4 RAD batteries (I carry a guest battery for longer rides on my Rover.) I am not a big fan of hydraulic brakes on a bike, with their added complexity, fluid and different maintenance needs. And then I stopped to reconsider the Rad Runner Plus. Step through frame, original style battery, easy to service bike components and the added enjoyment that comes with the great acceleration due to the 20” wheels. Well, I bought it on sale in March and have been in love, ever since❣️ It even came with the rear passenger package that makes it easy to ride share with my 5 -10 year old grandsons! (Big Bonus‼️) This is the hands down PERFECT RAD for me!

We previously owned a different brand of ebike, however it was not comfortable to ride. It was heavy and not safe bike for me. We LOVE riding our RADRUNNERS. The lower center of gravity makes it much easier for me to handle and the seats are very comfortable so we are enjoying longer rides. We also think they are a better made product in general.
